School Policies
At Joyful Kids Kindergarten, we’re committed to creating a warm, positive, and respectful environment for every child.
We believe strong, open communication with parents is essential. All updates and announcements will be shared through our school’s official app, helping families stay informed and connected.

We kindly ask parents to work closely with our teachers to support their child’s smooth transition into the school environment. If a child consistently displays challenging or aggressive behavior, we may invite the family to meet with us and discuss supportive strategies together.

To minimize distractions and avoid lost items, we ask that children do not bring toys from home—unless specifically requested by teachers for a special activity.
Admissions
If you’re interested in enrolling your child at Joyful Kids Kindergarten, you’re welcome to reach out to us through our website, social media pages, email, or phone.

After receiving your inquiry, we will provide you with a pre-registration form. Once the form is submitted, the school will review it and inform you about the availability of a placement.
​
Siblings of currently enrolled students are given priority, but to secure a place, we kindly ask parents to notify us as early as possible.
School Uniform
Wearing the school uniform is part of our daily routine and helps create a sense of belonging and community.
​
Uniforms can be purchased directly from the school before your child’s first day. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Absence
Maintaining consistent attendance helps children feel secure and supports their learning.
​
If your child will be absent, please let us know in advance preferably before 9am. We understand that illnesses and family holidays happen, but please note that tuition fees still apply during absences.
​
Our school operates from 07:00 to 17:00 daily.
Sickness policy
To maintain a safe and healthy environment, we ask that children remain at home for at least 24 hours after symptoms have resolved.
Holidays
We offer fun and engaging Christmas and Easter School programs during the holidays, based on demand.
​
Priority for these programs is given to children already enrolled at Joyful Kids Kindergarten.

Nutrition
We’re proud to offer nutritious, well-balanced meals and snacks to support children’s growth and well-being.
​
Our meal plans are carefully created in collaboration with a pediatric nutritionist to meet the needs of young children and encourage healthy eating habits.
​
To keep things interesting and varied, we update our meal plans every month.
Communication
To ensure smooth and consistent communication with families, we use the school’s official app for all announcements, reminders, and important updates.

We are always available to answer your questions and support your child’s journey with us.
Children aged two and above will receive their first set of uniforms from the kindergarten. Any additional sets can be purchased directly from the school if needed.
​
We also offer optional services such as a nutritious meal plan (breakfast, lunch, and snack) for an additional fee.
To support children's communication and developmental needs, a speech therapist working with the school will be available throughout the year to provide guidance or support when needed, always in collaboration with families.
​
All enrollment forms must be completed in full, including any information about allergies or medical conditions. Parents are also asked to submit the required documentation as part of the registration process, in line with Ministry of Education regulations and Social Welfare Services.
